The greatest trick power has ever accomplished is convincing good people that they can wield it responsibly. In America, i see peoples faith in our power structures. The struggle is always between neutering the powerful and the powerful lying to us justifying their existence. We dont even feign surprise anymore as they kill, rape, assault, dehumanize. But somehow we think the ring of power will answer to us. We assign progress to the power achieved by violent actions rather than communal agreement. We assign order to the chaos, and simply wait hoping that power doesnt target us if we remain quiet enough. Order is what the fearful clamor for, and demagogues are more than willing to stand up and offer it. Do we want order? Or do we want to be allowed to not contemplate worries? We want to put that pressure on other people, and we feel content when violence is wielded against those who we feel are breaking some sort of rule. There are an infinite number of little crumbs of hope left by every person you meet. Clinging to definitions takes away from the magic. From the indescribable reality that makes us human. A butterfly may be just an insect. But it is also a reflection of the natural order that shaped something so delicate in a world that often feels merciless. This planet holds so much diversity and room. To call it chaos is fair. But the idea of order within that chaos is comforting only to those who build their identity on fear. Language is incredible.   There is no economic left in government. Without an economic left, a social left has 0 staying power. The right will always be able to wield the powerless as scapegoats. Cruelty is what unifies any person self identified as right wing leaning. They will actively surrender the future of their own families in service of a state that wields conformity as a cudgel. And because there is no left in America, whatsoever. Because leftist media exists only on the fringes of the overall media landscape. The right is free to completely dominate any and every discussion. Democrats ARE right wing. The most "extreme left" democrats represent an ideological center, and are afforded the spotlight to be mocked and laughed at as tools who have lost any semblance of power. Gaza is a warning from the rich to the working class. "We are more violent than you, and we do not value your lives more than we value our power"

The Democrats had the decency to fully fund and arm Israel for a quick genocide. The ever economically responsible Republicans decided to starve Gaza to death, as to eliminate the one right wing criticism conservatives have to killing brown people who dont submit to white supremacy. Americans who only focus on domestic policy are exactly what the empire wants. This justifies flipping between two imperialist parties that convince themselves the murder of brown kids is in our best interest. We owe the world more than that. We owe ourselves more than that. How they view the weak is how they view us. No bill of rights will protect us from the interests of the powerful.

Really sick of people claiming to care about the law being enforced based on where they were squeezed out of their mother's vagina. If you have a problem with immigration, vote to stop your military from destroying peoples homes first, you entitled, self righteous, geographically and time period lucky cunts.

The powerful always wield scapegoats to deflect from their accountability. And when you've built a system that enables and enriches the apathetic, the cruel, the selfish, then you've built a round table that fears standing for too much justice. Billions to starve, execute, bomb children, a population that is required to serve as a military outpost, that murders its own people to prevent any sort of communication or understanding. If you havn't been driven crazy by the actions of the most evil country in the world, the United States and Israel (both count as one).   The liberal class is cashing in all of their good will chips to aid and abet the genocide in Gaza. Conservatives have always loved dead brown people and dominated poor people. That has always been their point. The Conservative right has never shied away from their adherence to white supremacy, and violent control. Where as the Liberal right condemns the poor with the same fervor, the same righteousness as the conservative right. The Liberal right will gleefully accept your death for holding the wrong ideas where as the Conservative right will murder you for the same thing but also for looking different, also for being too weak to defend yourself, also for being poor, also for living a different lifestyle. This is all, in its entirety, the goal. Two classes of the same idea just executed in a manner that each team feels superior to each other.  the greatest ally to trump is a weak opposition. And nobody, nobody could be weaker than the Democrats. By their own design, they're profiteering off of all of this just as much as the Republicans are. While the democrats fight leftists, they sit down at the table with fascists.
